OTO SOUND MUSEUM – Programma 2025
Program
In 2025, OTO SOUND MUSEUM deepens its commitment to radical artistic practices that work with and through sound in public and digital space. Building on its engagement with Zurich’s historic Zeughausareal, this year local artists are invited to reshape and shake the former arsenal through three site-based interventions. Grounded in an aesthetic of resistance, the interventions confront the legacy of the space with new perspectives and counter-histories.
At the same time, the museum expands its digital presence, transcending geographic and temporal boundaries to reach listeners and new locations. Four new sound exhibitions redefine sonic visuality, pushing the limits of how sound is experienced and understood in the museum’s iconoclastic framework.
In 2025, OTO SOUND MUSEUM is also invited by the art space Krone Couronne in Biel/Bienne (CH) to curate an exhibition in its dedicated listening room.
The program 2025 is curated by Zaira Oram members, Francesca Brusa and Francesca Ceccherini.
