Descrizione:
ABINADI MEZA (born Chicago 1967) is an artist currently based in Minneapolis. Recent works have appeared in the Biennale for Electronic Art, Perth, Australia; Loisaida Cortos Film Festival, New York; TokyoRadio, Palais de Tokyo, Paris; Cinemania, Pula, Croazia; Walker Art Center, Minneapolis; and La Casa Encendida, Madrid. In 2004 Meza received a Jerome Foundation Fellowship for emerging artists. In 2006 he will be a resident artist in the Irish Museum of Modern Art, Dublin. He teaches sound art and electronic art as adjunct faculty member of the Time and Interactivity Program of the University of Minnesota. The works I sent a bit late are Trespass: 1, and Trespass: 2. They were made along with the third piece, but they can stand independently as well. so in total I intended to submit four works to you: s677904, Trespass: 1, Trespass: 2, and Trespass: 3. I knew (when I mailed it) that the last package was late but I decided to send it anyway, hoping that you would accept the discs. But I'm not overly concerned in any case, I am happy to have shared even a few works with you and have them accepted into the sound art museum. And I will look for new RAM initiatives in the future.
