Val Klassen is a video artist based in Winnipeg, Canada. John Coutanche was born in St. James, Manitoba. He studied Radio and Television Arts at Ryerson College in Toronto. He has worked as a radio producer and manager for the CBC in Toronto, Halifax and then in Winnipeg, where he currently works as an independent producer-editor-writer.
