SPACE and ART: conversazione between Paolo Nespoli and Michelangelo Pistoletto

Astronaut PAOLO NESPOLI and Artist MICHELANGELO PISTOLETTO met yesterday, February 14th 2017, for a conversation at the National Museum of Science and Technology of Milan infront an audience of italian students.

They revealed in pre-release the creation of a new APP: SPAC3, developped by ESA ( European Space Agency ) and RAM radioartemobile in collaboration with ASI (Agenzia Spaziale Italiana) and Cittadellarte – Fondazione Pistoletto. Paolo Nespoli will be launched to the International Space Station for his third spaceflight, named Vita (Vitality, Innovation, Technology and Ability).
On mission’s logo, developed by ESA together with ASI and Paolo, the overall circle and blue shading evoke our planet, ant the Third Paradise symbol by Italian artist Michelangelo Pistoletto links the mission’s main messages.
