The pioneers of Ram Radioartemobile – the radio on line used as an artistic container- are back again to Venice.Two years after the successful live broadcasts of the Utopia Statio with a location created by Franz West, RAM is participating in the project L’Isola Interiore: l’arte della sopravvivenza (The Inner Island: the art of survival), curated by Achille Bonito Oliva with Michelangelo Pistoletto in the context of the 51st Biennale di Venezia. Opening: 6.30 p.m.
Radioartemobile has just participated in the inauguration of the new museum Marta Herford – Germany – (designed by Frank O. Gehry and directed by Jan Hoet); here Jimmie Durham has conceived RAM’s location. Radioartemobile is once more connected with the world in a live broadcast on 8 June at h. 8:00 p.m. with RADIO ARTE IMPETUS. From the location created by Michelangelo Pistoletto on San Servolo Island, Cecilia Casorati, Lorenzo Benedetti, Angela Serino and Nicola Setari present live interviews, performances, sound projects and phone connections.
From June 7th to June 11th RAM will have an editing board on the tugboat Impetus at Riva dei Sette Martiri.
