Descrizione:
Ted Hiebert is a Canadian visual artist. His work has been shown in solo exhibitions across Canada, and in group exhibitions internationally. Recently, his work has been exhibited at the Nanaimo Art Gallery (Nanaimo, BC), the Centre d'Art Rotary (La Sarre, QC) and Forest City Gallery (London, ON.)
His critical writings have been published in Canada and abroad, and include "Hallucinations of Invisibility: From Silence to Delirium" (CTheory 26.1) and "Becoming Carnival: Performing a Postmodern Identity" (Performance Research 8.3). Ted is the Editorial Assistant for CTheory journal, a Research Assistant at the Pacific Centre for Technology and Culture (PACTAC) and a doctoral student in the Ph.D. Humanities Program at Concordia University. He lives in Victoria, BC.
